COVID Measures at Brimpton Baptist
Despite all that has happened since March 2020 when the first COVID lockdown struck, we praise the Lord that the church is open and continuing to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
During the lockdowns, like many churches, we have had to resort to online only meetings and have utilised a number of different online platforms to connect with one another and proclaim God’s truth over the internet.
Our YouTube channel continues to be one of our main ways to continue this ministry. If you haven’t yet had a look, why not visit our Livestream page to see our latest YouTube videos.
Since churches have been able to operate though under government guidance, we have been very thankful to meet in person though socially-distanced, of course. Our meeting times are now slightly revised:
Sunday Morning Worship – 11:00 am
Sunday Evening Meeting – resuming in due course
Wednesday Bible Study & Prayer – 7:00 pm
If you are thinking of visiting us during these times, we encourage you to contact us in case there are any changes to the above schedule and of course to reserve your seat(s).
According to regulations and government guidance, all who visit the chapel should be aware of the following:
Covid Measures in Place
- We will be doing our best to ensure social distancing including where individuals and family groups are seated and via our one-way system throughout the church
- We have hand sanitiser and regular cleaning routines in place as well as other measures to minimise or eliminate virus spread, including the wearing of face masks in line with current regulations
- We encourage all to not visit the church if you are experiencing Covid-symptoms or have had a positive test / are following the required guidelines for isolating
We hope all who attend Brimpton Baptist Church feel safe as well as warmly welcomed, especially during these challenging times.
I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.Psalm 122:1
