Learning About God from a Young Age
No matter a person’s age, everyone is welcome at Brimpton Baptist Church, and we very much welcome children and young people. As a family-friendly church, we encourage children (along with the adults) to take part in all aspects of our service – from the singing of soul-stirring hymns to listening to Bible messages.
Along with our Sunday School ministry, we also try to run various children’s ministries at different times of the year to specifically reach out to children and young people with Bible truth. Read on to find out more!

Sunday School
While many of our older children listen along to the sermon (and even take notes), younger children and babies are welcome to go to a Sunday School which runs during the latter half of the service in our School building, next to the church.
Our Sunday school teachers tell Bible stories to the children and incorporate games, crafts and often snacks into their teaching. Children are encouraged to take part and to learn about God and His Word.

Youth Group
We have a regular Youth Group that meets twice a month during term time for games, fellowship and a challenge from the Bible.
We meet on the 2nd & 4th Friday of each month during term time only – if you want more details about our next meeting, contact us.

Other Events
In the past we have run a variety of other different children’s events including, Holiday Bible clubs, Youth Camps and even a Mother and Toddler group.
For details about upcoming events, visit our News & Events page or contact us.
Policies and Procedures
All our Sunday school teachers and youth workers have been background checked and we seek to operate all our children’s ministry in fun, clean and safe environment. For a copy of our Child Protection Policy, please contact us.
